A2B-online is a premier transportation company, dedicated to efficient transport solutions for full load, part load, and pallet shipments between the UK, Benelux, and Germany. Their unique selling point is an innovative web-based customer portal that streamlines customer experiences from the moment you book with them. By automating various processes through this platform, A2B-online maintains lean operations, ensuring their core mission remains intact: delivering goods promptly, with the lowest cost price possible.
Although A2B-online has a strong digital customer portal, their website needed a modern touch — a challenge that Studio Elevate readily undertook. We have designed a fresh website presenting a transparent perspective of A2B-online’s services, whilst highlighting the core brand values.
We undertook a redesign to ensure that A2B-online’s central themes – connection, overview, and warmth – were more intuitively grasped. This is the essence that A2B-online aims to convey. Our focus was directed towards three principal UX principles:
1. Law of Common Region
Elements tend to be perceived into groups if they are sharing an area with a clearly defined boundary.
2. Jakob’s Law.
Users spend most of their time on other sites. This means that users prefer your site to work the same way as all the other sites they already know.
3. Goal-Gradient Effect
The tendency to approach a goal increases with proximity to the goal.
